Lee Highway Apartments, Chattanooga, TN
Approximately 100,000 SF of multi-story wood-framed apartment buildings, including an amenities facility. This project presented unique design challenges and required detailed planning to ensure the safety, stability, and aesthetic appeal of the buildings.
Songbirds, Chattanooga, TN
A unique free-standing courtyard structure featuring exposed custom steel framing. This project required extensive finite element modeling to ensure the accuracy of custom steel elements and long-term serviceability. Architectural elements were carefully coordinated to meet both design and functional requirements.
Freedom Church, Liberty, TX
Foxfire Design provided foundation design for a pre-engineered metal building church sanctuary. Site challenges included expansive soils, requiring the use of atypical foundation systems to ensure structural stability and long-term performance.
